I’m a former chef turned business school grad who was diagnosed with celiac disease — and like so many others, I found myself missing the flavors and textures of my old favorites. So I went back to the kitchen with a new mission: to reimagine classic baked goods that are 100% gluten-free, but every bit as delicious as you remember.
What started as a personal challenge has grown into a local cottage bakery built on passion, flavor, and community. Every recipe is crafted with care, using high-quality ingredients and tested until it’s Celiac AF — safe, satisfying, and absolutely fantastic.
